Ideal Career is a Fact or It Just an Illusion

No one want to work within a job that they hate especially when they don’t have talent for that field like a fish that force to walk on land when they know that they already know walking isn’t their capability especially when they don’t have feet to walk on land. However, the fact is this thing often happened in our life especially when we just take a step for the first career since we might stumble with a lot of trials and error. This thing, isn’t a happened out of the blue without any motives behind it since we know about the law of action and reaction that state all reaction is happened because the sequence of action behind it or vice versa.

First, wages play a predominant role in affecting job content since the factor behind the question before we choose a job for our career journey beside talent is wages, some people choose to choose a job because of the wages yet they are not happy with their job. On the other hand, some people choose a job based on talent and passion because they believe that they should choose a career that make happy even when they do their job it feels like they are playing not working.

Moreover, it is quite impossible for all employees to be completely satisfied with their job and workplace. In fact, a high-paid job exerts an enormous amount of stress which can lead to burn out that make employee lose their fighting spirit at work which lead to the downfall of their capabilities at work that can affected their career.

Furthermore, we can conclude that either we choose a job based on wages or talent we’ll still get disappointment, since we can be satisfied all the time especially when we do the job that not acquire our talent that make our ideal career seems to be in between of the definition of fact and illusion. However, we still can get our best if we can find a common point that can create a harmonious collaboration between wages and our talent when we need to choose a job in our career journey which can create more happiness, productivity and financial stability in balance of wages also talent utilization.
